Wish I could get a refund

I spent HOURS entering items the other day and I just went back and all the stuff I entered is just gone. Why should I try again? Theres not reason to think I wont be wasting my time. There was no explanation or reason I can think of or find for all my work being lost. I took pictures of receipts and items, entered all the prices and dates. I pretty much spent all day to enter about ten percent of my stuff and now I have to start from scratch? I could have used a spreadsheet!! I should have, apparently.
